This is one I use often:
1 avocado
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp of raw honey
Sea Salt to taste
1 clove garlic (optional)
Mix in Bullet blender or mash the avocado and add
in lemon juice and honey and mix well. May add water
if needs more liquid.

1 ripe banana
3/4 c nut milk
1/4 c fresh squeezed orange juice
1 T ground flax with 3 T water let set 3 min. use as egg replacer
1 t orange peel
3 T honey

3 cups old fashion oatmeal (add slowly)
