14 oz.  Organic Nasoya Extra Firm tofu (drained) in Health food Refrigerator Section

2 Tbs. mustard (Tree of Life Organic Yellow)

1  1/2 tsp. Braggs liquid aminos
1  tsp. turmeric
1  cup green bell pepper, minced

Black Bean Soup

Soak beans over night in distilled water
Change the water and bring beans to a boil for 10 minutes. Then drain beans
and add new water to cover about an inch over the top.  Cover and Cook until tender several hours.
When the beans are almost cooked add:

Diane’s Chicken and Dumplings (mock)

Use Rice milk and mock chicken seasoning (I make my own) and
a little cornstarch to thicken  and bring these to boil.
For dumplings:  mix 2 cups flour, 1 Tbs.  Rumsford Baking powder and
1 tsp sea salt.  Then drop by tbsp in boiling water to make dumplings.
Add salt to taste

*Carrot Pulp Delishes

Cook 3 to 4 cups of carrot pulp with 1/2 cup water over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Add veggies below:
1 Onion, 3 garlic cloves , 1/2 bell pepper, 1 tsp. cumin, 2 tbs. tomato paste and

blended lightly in a blender or chopped fine
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
sea salt to taste
1/2 tbs honey
