Deviled Tofu Sandwich Spread

14 oz.  Organic Nasoya Extra Firm tofu (drained) in Health food Refrigerator Section

2 Tbs. mustard (Tree of Life Organic Yellow)

1  1/2 tsp. Braggs liquid aminos
1  tsp. turmeric
1  cup green bell pepper, minced
1 cup onion
3/4 tsp. paprika

Italian Dressing

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or flax oil
1/4 cup  Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. honey or a pinch of pure stevia
1 clove garlic
may add lemon if desired
then add: a pinch of oregeno, basil, garlic, onion powder, and extra salt
to bring out flavor.

Whipped Topping

WHIPPED TOPPING
2 cups Almond, Rice or coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup raw honey
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (to thicken)
stir in blender until creamy and pour over the top of Waldorf Salad or other fruit
salad and chill.

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and any other veggies desired
1/4 cup red and green bell pepper chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup fresh basil chopped

1/2 cup fresh cucumber chopped

*Cold Slaw

3 cups grated carrots
1 cup grated beets or broccoli
3 cups grated cabbage
1/4 cup parsley chopped (optional)
Dressing:
1 avocado mashed
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1-2 cloves garlic minced
sea salt to taste
Grate and chop veggies and place in bowl. Combine
dressing ingredients and pour over veggies. Marinate overnite
